Birth Coaching & Education

This is a practice that places the body/mind/soul into the holistic framework nature always intended. Combining knowledge of the cycles of the womb, the processes of pregnancy, education around birth practices and ways to birth, postpartum care and recovery, as well as meditations and yoga poses that connect the conscious mind to what is unfolding in the body and the subconscious, while anchoring the mother to the higher mind of the Divine, my goal is to offer the mother all the tools necessary to have the birth of her dreams. Birth Keeping

I am here to guide the mother through focusing on birth as a natural, physiological process that happens spontaneously within her womb, when her emotions and spiritual connection have been cultivated in the most loving way towards trusting her body and all it is capable of naturally doing. I offer my presence when the mother requests it, to support her in her authority and birth dance, while also stepping away to allow her birth to unfold in all its gloriousness. Post-Birth Processing

I would love to offer you guidance in processing and unpacking your birth story(ies), beginning with an introduction session for you to share your story with me. Sometimes just the sharing is healing in and of itself, yet it can also be the first of several sessions. We will use the time to assess how you are currently engaging with the story, where you would like help unraveling any stuck patterns, and what your vision is for moving forward with freedom and ease in the world of birth and motherhood. Womb Healing & Self Love Coaching

Whether you want to heal your connection to your womb, want guidance in stepping into greater authority in your body, or you are seeking more self love, I am so thrilled to be a coach and guide for the process. Synastry (Mother/Partner, Mother/Baby, & Family) Charts

Sometimes we want to know more about the way our stars work with someone else, rather than just for ourselves—that’s when a Synastry Reading can come in handy! It’s the practice of looking at 2 people’s charts in order to see where they work together (and don’t), and then how to help them come into greater harmony.

This is for a much longer session than a normal Natal Chart Reading, where we first look at your chart, then the second person's (be that your spouse, parent, child or friend). Following the individual charts, we compare the 2 together and look at how they interact! Book a Reading Here.
